Friday Sector Laggards: Precious Metals, Metals & Mining Stocks

In trading on Friday, precious metals shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 5.3%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Harmony Gold Mining, off about 10.4% and shares of Skeena Resources off about 8.3% on the day.

Also lagging the market Friday are metals & mining shares, down on the day by about 2.9% as a group, led down by Hecla Mining, trading lower by about 7.3% and Contango Ore, trading lower by about 6.4%.
