In trading on Friday, paper & forest products shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 1.6%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Magnera, off about 4.8% and shares of Sylvamo down about 2.5% on the day.

Also lagging the market Friday are packaging & containers shares, down on the day by about 1.5% as a group, led down by Eightco Holdings, trading lower by about 2.6% and Ranpak Holdings, trading lower by about 2.3%.
