Frasers Group PLC is set to acquire a significant stake in XXL ASA, amounting to 49,473,652 A-shares, following the issuance of new shares on June 18, 2024. This transaction will increase Frasers Group’s ownership to approximately 25.8% of XXL ASA’s total shares and 32.5% of the voting rights.
