Flutter Entertainment PLC (FLTR) has issued an update.
Rob Coldrake has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of Flutter Entertainment plc, stepping in immediately after Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson’s departure due to his inability to commit to the company’s U.S. listing demands. Coldrake, with a robust background in finance and strategic acquisitions, brings expertise from his previous role as CFO of the company’s International Division and tenure at TUI Group. His compensation includes a £730,000 base salary, potential bonuses, and a significant long-term incentive plan. Edgecliffe-Johnson’s exit, which includes a severance package, was amicable and not related to any operational disagreements or performance issues.
