FirstGroup plc has announced that as of May 31, 2024, the company’s total capital is represented by 750,695,015 ordinary shares, with 121,273,995 shares held in treasury. This results in a total of 629,421,020 voting rights available to shareholders. Shareholders may use this figure to assess whether they need to disclose changes in their shareholding percentage to the company and the FCA.
