The emerging market index vs. the S&P 500 is in a major breakout and hitting key levels on the way to moving higher.

With China, Brazil and Russia having proven to be dead money for two years, this trade is shaping up nicely for the next year to put in an even bigger move.
I like to play this setup by being long the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index Fund ( EEM , quote ) and short the SPDR S&P 500 ETF ( SPY , quote ).
