Emerald Expositions Events, the largest US operator of B2B trade shows and exhibitions backed by Onex, raised $264 million by offering 15.5 million shares at $17, below the range of $18 to $20. Emerald Expositions Events plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol EEX. BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Citi, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
