Embention Sistemas Inteligentes, S.A. has scheduled its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting for July 29, 2024, with a backup date set for the following day, should the quorum not be met. The agenda includes approval of the previous fiscal year’s annual accounts and management, modification of the Directors’ Remuneration Policy, and discussions on agreements with Amazon. Shareholders must be registered five days before the meeting to attend and can request attendance and representation cards via email from the company.
