Dow Movers: CRM, VZ

In early trading on Thursday, shares of Verizon Communications topped the list of the day's best performing Dow Jones Industrial Average components, trading up 1.7%. Year to date, Verizon Communications registers a 8.3% gain.

And the worst performing Dow component thus far on the day is Salesforce, trading down 2.3%. Salesforce is lower by about 16.8% looking at the year to date performance.

Two other components making moves today are Walmart, trading down 1.4%, and Boeing, trading up 1.6% on the day.
