DigitalX Limited has successfully raised $10.3 million through a private placement and plans to raise an additional $5.09 million via a rights issue, further strengthening its financial position. The company has also appointed Tony Guoga as a strategic advisor to drive growth in digital asset staking and investments. With over $18 million expected in cash and digital assets, DigitalX is poised for expansion and increased revenues.
