CyberArk Software prices IPO above the range at $16

CyberArk Software, which provides enterprise software that detects cyber attacks on privileged accounts, raised $86 million by offering 5.4 million shares at $16, above the range of $13 to $15. CyberArk Software plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol CYBR. CyberArk Software initially filed confidentially on 3/24/2014. J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Barclays acted as lead managers on the deal.
