Leading independent proxy advisory firms ISS and Glass Lewis have endorsed CloudMD’s upcoming go-private arrangement with CPS Capital, urging shareholders to vote in favor of the transaction. The arrangement is highlighted as a strategic and financially beneficial move, providing shareholders with certain and immediate value. CloudMD’s board is unanimously in favor of the plan, which is set for a special meeting where shareholders can cast their vote.
