CITIC Securities Co has unanimously passed a resolution for the 2024 interim profit distribution, with the Board of Directors agreeing to a cash dividend payout that will not exceed 40% of net profits. The company will base the distribution on the first half of 2024’s audited financials, ensuring distributable profits are available.
