Chip equipment maker ACM Research prices IPO at $5.60, below the range

ACM Research, which sells single-wafer wet cleaning equipment to semiconductor manufacturers, raised $11 million by offering 2.0 million shares at $5.60, below the range of $7.50 to $9.50. ACM Research plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol ACMR. Roth Capital acted as a lead manager on the deal.
