China Life Insurance Company Limited has announced the addition of supplemental resolutions to be considered at their Annual General Meeting (AGM), including the appointment of auditors for 2024 and the election of Mr. Lu Feng as an independent director. The AGM will proceed as scheduled on June 27, 2024, in Beijing. Shareholders are advised to use the supplemental proxy form for voting on the new resolutions.
