C&C Group Plc (GB:CCR) has released an update.
C&C Group Plc has announced the repurchase and cancellation of 197,100 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 153.80p to 159.00p, with an average price of 156.26p per share. This move is part of a larger €15 million share buyback program that the company initiated on March 1, 2024, and is set to continue until the end of June 2024. Following these transactions, C&C Group will have 387,140,194 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
