Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (CAPREIT) has declared a monthly distribution of $0.12083 per unit for June 2024, which annualizes to $1.45. Payable on July 15 to holders on record by June 28, CAPREIT is renowned as Canada’s largest publicly traded rental housing provider, boasting a portfolio of over 64,200 residential properties. Since its 1997 IPO, CAPREIT has notably increased its monthly cash distributions per Unit by 103%.
