Ascential PLC has reported a change in major holdings with Ameriprise Financial, Inc. acquiring or disposing of voting rights, resulting in a new total holding of 4.99% as of June 12, 2024. This change reflects a slight decrease from the previous notification where Ameriprise held 5.171%. The detailed structure of control shows the voting rights are held through a chain of wholly-owned subsidiaries under Ameriprise Financial, Inc.
