Ascential plc has continued its Share Buyback Programme, purchasing 185,000 of its Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 332.00 to 338.00 GBp per share, with plans to cancel these shares. This move leaves the company with 205,458,952 Ordinary Shares in issue and an equal number of voting rights.
