Alteration Earth PLC (GB:ALTE) has released an update.
Alteration Earth PLC is proposing to extend its acquisition deadline by one year to July 2025, as it continues due diligence and seeks shareholder approval for the takeover of Verdant Earth Technologies, a renewable energy firm. The extension is deemed necessary due to ongoing capital market challenges in the UK and delays in Verdant’s project development. Shareholders are called to vote on the extension at a General Meeting scheduled for 28 June 2024.
