(RTTNews) - Alight, Inc. (ALIT), a cloud-based human capital and technology services provider, Monday announced that its Chief Executive Officer Dave Guilmette will step down from his role on December 31.
Rohit Verma will be replacing him on January 1, 2026.
Verma, currently is the executive chief of Crawford & Company, a global provider of claims management and outsourcing solutions to insurance companies and self-insured entities. Prior to this, he has served in senior management roles at Zurich North America and held management consulting roles at McKinsey & Company and Deloitte.
On Friday, ALIT shares closed at $1.98, up 1.02% on the New York Stock Exchange.
