Tom Neill is the EMEA Head of Sales for Nasdaq’s Financial Technology Division. In his role, Tom has the privilege of working with Nasdaq’s customers in over 30 European countries, all of whom rely on Nasdaq’s range of financial technology software to perform business-critical functions for their organizations.

Tom joined Nasdaq in 2012, starting his career with responsibility for new customer acquisition of the Nasdaq Trade Surveillance software in the bank and broker space across EMEA. Over the preceding 11 years, Tom’s responsibility has grown to include business development, new customer acquisition and account management, covering Nasdaq’s full range of financial technology offerings, including trading, regulatory reporting, treasury management, clearing, risk and surveillance.

Tom graduated from university with a degree in Politics and spent the first two years of his career working as a Research Assistant for a Member of Parliament based in the Palace of Westminster. Prior to joining Nasdaq, Tom held a number of roles in software sales, most recently with Oracle and Thomson Reuters.
