Sanjit Mitra serves as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Corporate Strategy at Nasdaq. Working with the senior leadership team, he is responsible for driving Nasdaq’s overall strategy, providing a vision and roadmap for continued growth, leading the strategic planning process, and orchestrating transformational initiatives that maximize value across all Nasdaq constituents. 

Sanjit joined Nasdaq from PayPal, where he held several leadership positions during his seven-year tenure. Most recently, he was the Head of Strategic Finance and Pricing, responsible for commercial decisions with long-term impact on global consumer and merchant segments. 

Before joining PayPal, Sanjit spent more than a decade in management consulting, first with Accenture’s strategy practice and later as an independent strategy consultant serving clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to venture-backed startups. 

Sanjit holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
