Lisa joined the Nasdaq Board Advisory team in 2022 and is currently focused on developing bespoke board effectiveness solutions for a wide range of clients in EMEA. Before joining Nasdaq, Lisa worked for a boutique London corporate governance advisory firm, Nestor Advisors, where she assisted private, state, and non-governmental enterprises in strengthening their company and board governance. Lisa has supported multiple IFIs and private equity firms in assessing governance frameworks of their portfolio companies, as well as provided governance implementation and capacity building support to boards through policy development and training delivery.

Based in London, Lisa has experience in assisting clients in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. She holds an MSc in Development studies from London School of Economics (LSE) and a BA in International Relations from King’s College London.
