Nasdaq Data Link Files is SFTP based service for Nordic Data File delivery. Files contain data sourced from different trading systems. Nasdaq Data Link Files service does not create files itself, but makes them available once received from the source system.

Nasdaq Data Link Files Requirements:
  • SFTP supporting application
  • Nasdaq Data Link account with subscriptions to data files
  • Multifactor autheniticator
  • SSH Public Key
The files must be downloaded, system only provides access to files. Downloading can be automated (refer to guidelines for details). Files are organized in daily folders and access is granted on the file group level.

Customers have to use Multifactor authenticator when accessing Nasdaq Data Link account. SSF Pubkey is required for login to SFTP. The option of whitelisting IP address is available in user proile.

File Delivery Service migrated to Nasdaq Data Link Files

Nasdaq has transitioned File Delivery Service (FDS) platform to Nasdaq Data Link Files (NDLF) starting from July 2026. The transition exclusively impacts file access methods; file names, technical specifications, and delivery times remain unchanged.
