NODE is Nasdaq own fully managed low-latency connectivity solution based on access points across Europe offering access to our Equity, Derivatives, Fixed Income, Commodity markets and co-location space in the Nordics. NODE is designed for you who are looking for a competitively priced, resilient, secure, low latency connectivity solution to support order entry, market data, clearing transactions and information services to our Markets in Europe.

The NODE product offering enables customer access from our current Points of Presence in London (Equinix-Slough LD4 and Interxion) and Frankfurt (Equinix FR2) to all the Nasdaq markets operated in Stockholm.

NASDAQ EXPRESS CONNECT

Nasdaq Express Connect is a low latency point-to-point network solution offering connectivity between the Nasdaq Data Center located in Vasby and other data centers. By partnering with leading telecommunications providers, Nasdaq can provide low communications latency through a secure and competitively-priced network.

CONNECTIVITY PROVIDERS - Direct Connect

Direct Connect is a dedicated connection for clients that are located outside of the Nasdaq Data Center where the client will peer directly with Nasdaq. Direct Connect clients may access all Nasdaq Nordic Equity, Derivatives, Fixed Income, and Commodity markets.

The following list shows the local Telco providers that can offer Direct Circuit connectivity into the Vasby data center. Please contact them directly for more information. If your preferred carrier is not shown below, they may still gain access by using one of the local providers listed.

CONNECTIVITY PROVIDERS - Extranet Providers

An extranet provider connection is where Nasdaq is peering with the provider and not directly with the client. Extranets provide connectivity to all Nasdaq Nordic Equity, Derivatives, Fixed Income, and Commodity markets in addition to other potential venues on their network. Some extranet providers offer VPN as an option for their customers.

The following list shows the companies that can provide extranet connectivity into the Stockholm data centers. Please contact them directly for more information. If your preferred vendor is not shown below, they may still gain access by using one of the local access providers.

CO-LOCATION SERVICES

Nasdaq offers all customers the opportunity to co-locate their servers and equipment within the Nasdaq Data Center, providing proximity to the speed and liquidity of all of our Nordic markets.

Through co-location, participants are able to reduce latency and network complexity by utilizing high density cabinets and a single hand-off for all Nasdaq markets. We offer a wide variety of connectivity options and market data to fit your firm's specific network and trading strategy needs.

TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (2FA) FOR WEB APPLICATIONS

Nasdaq has enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) as a part of the login procedure to the following web-based applications: Q-Port, CMS Web, TRACK, CNS and the Member Portal.

During the spring of 2022, Nasdaq has migrated over to a new login procedure called Nasdaq Sign In.

Every current 2FA user has received an e-mail containing a link to the portal and can enroll to the method of their choice when the migration starts. Users can also manage their account and change passwords on the Nasdaq Sign In portal.
