Foundation Certification | Advanced Certification

The Technical Certification is intended to assess and validate understanding of Nasdaq Calypso’s core architecture, components and their interaction. This Certification validates user’s knowledge and experience in working and using various Nasdaq Calypso application features, installation and deployment, security, performance, customizations of components. It validates user’s experience and ability to integrate Nasdaq Calypso with various independent market data providers like Bloomberg, Reuters and MarkIT for trades. It also tests knowledge of creating manual and automated test cases using the Calypso Automated Testing Tool (CATT). 

The Technical Certification exam is offered across three levels:

• Associate
• Professional
• Expert

Each Nasdaq Calypso Certification is only valid for the current version. The learners will need to re-certify their credentials once a new version of Nasdaq Calypso is released. To successfully complete the program at any level, the learner needs to earn minimum credits specified for each group (Foundation and Advanced) by successfully passing the relevant Certification exams in that group.
