About Devon Equity
Devon Equity is an independent fund management company founded in November 2019. We invest in European equities on behalf of European Opportunities Trust PLC (a FTSE 250 investment trust), a Luxembourg UCITS SICAV (Devon Equity Funds) and institutional investors. The portfolio management team's investment style is equity long-only, with a concentrated, high-conviction portfolio consisting of between 25 to 35 positions.
Alexander Darwall, the Chief Investment Officer, has managed European equities since 1996 and the European Opportunities Trust PLC since its launch in November 2000.
We look to invest in companies that are expected to experience higher than average growth and to generate returns for investors by participating in such growth. Given we are a boutique asset manager, with ten employees, there is no place to hide. We do what we say, and we say what we do. In this way we are fully transparent and dedicated in achieving long-term performance for our clients.
