"Transforming Investor Identity" is a national, on-the-ground program that will engage Black and Latinx beginner investors to document their appetite for capital market participation with the goal of producing new data and insight about how best to serve first-time investors sustainably.


How Women Lead
The New Face of Venture and Investing
How Women Lead is a national organization of 20,000 executive women from companies focused on activating their individual and collective power to influence the change they want to see in the world through leadership, investment, and philanthropy. This initiative seeks to educate, inspire and engage thousands of women, especially women of color, to invest in capital markets, build companies and move capital to women entrepreneurs, through monthly podcasts, blog posts, and LinkedIn Live episodes.

Investing and Equity
LISC’s Financial Opportunity Center (FOC) sites offer career and financial coaching programs to families living on a low- to-moderate-income so they can build effective money habits and focus on the financial bottom line to reach their goals. The network of 120 sites across the country serves 25,000 individuals. This pilot project will train FOC coaches to discuss investing with their participants who have already succeeded in short- and medium-term asset building coaching, reaching 500 people in five cities.

The Investor Experience
Operation HOPE is a national organization that offers tangible programs and initiatives that address economic inequality, financial illiteracy, social injustice, inequitable access to capital and lack of financial dignity. Operation HOPE will develop the Investor Experience, a national, three-year project that will deliver practical knowledge to participants about investing through a self-paced online course, with additional support along the way through HOPE Financial Wellbeing Coaches. The Investor Experience will assist all participants in identifying if they have an investor mindset, understanding the overwhelming information of the investment marketplace, and how to take next steps to capitalize on learnings to start a path toward wealth-building for themselves and the generations to follow.

Building Intergenerational Wealth
THRIVE is a multi-year national campaign focused on closing the racial wealth gap and educating Black and Latino investors. The Thrive Campaign will leverage a cross-section of partnerships and social channels to distribute culturally relevant content and tools that support financial education, investing and building intergenerational wealth.

VC Include
VCI Fund Fundamentals “Pre-Accelerator” Program
VC Include will develop the Fund Fundamentals Program, a “Pre-Accelerator” for high potential women that are looking to create a roadmap and appropriate milestones prior to launching their firm. VC Include has identified the need for programming to support investment leaders who will ultimately build an investment firm in the next 1-3 years.
