(RTTNews) - TempraMed Technologies Ltd. (VIVI.CN), a medical-technology company, announced it entered into a distribution agreement dated August 25, 2026, with CenterWell Pharmacy, Inc., the pharmacy services brand of Humana Inc. (HUM), a U.S. health insurer.

TempraMed's portfolio includes temperature-controlled medication-storage solutions that operate without batteries or external power. Its commercial product portfolio includes VIVI Cap, VIVI Cap Smart, VIVI Epi, and VIVI Med.

Humana, as a provider of medical and speciality insurance products, operates in two segments: Insurance and CenterWell.

HUM has traded between $163.11 and $428.88 over the last year. The stock closed Wednesday's trade at $374.78, up 0.75%.In the overnight market, HUM is down 0.21% at $374.

VIVI.CN closed Wednesday's trade at C$0.36.
