Mannatech Names Robert Toth As Chairman As Stanley Fredrick Retires

(RTTNews) - Mannatech, Inc. (MTEX), a health and wellness company, announced the appointment of Robert Toth as Chairman of the Board, effective September 1, 2026.Robert Toth succeeds Stanley Fredrick, who is retiring from the position.

Robert Toth served on Mannatech's Board from 2008 to 2023 as a Class III director, chaired the Compensation and Stock Option Plan Committee, served on multiple board committees, and was Vice Chairman from August 2014 to March 2019. He rejoined the Board as Vice Chairman in December 2024.

Stanley Fredrick has served the company with distinction as a Class II director since September 2001, as lead director from 2003-2009, and as the Chairman of the Board since 2009.

Mannatech's portfolio includes nutritional supplements, glyconutritional/wellness products, skincare, anti-ageing products and Weight-management and fitness products.

MTEX has traded between $3.80 and $12.45 over the last year. The stock closed Tuesday's trade at $7.15, down 0.42%.

In the after-hours market, MTEX was up 0.56% at $7.19.
