Liminatus Pharma Regains Nasdaq Compliance Following 1-For-50 Reverse Split

(RTTNews) - Liminatus Pharma, Inc. (LIMN), a biotechnology company developing immuno-oncology and cell therapy candidates, announced that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price rule.

As previously disclosed, on January 15, 2026, the company received a notice from Nasdaq indicating that the closing bid price of the company's common stock had been below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days, and, consequently, the company was not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement.

Following an appeal and a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel, the company was transferred to the Nasdaq Capital Market effective August 4, 2026, and was granted an extension until September 3, 2026, to regain compliance, which requires a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share.

At the close of trading on August 20, 2026, the company effected a 1-for-50 reverse stock split.

On September 24, 2026, Nasdaq notified the company that it had regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement after its shares closed above $1.00 for 13 consecutive trading days.

The company's investigational portfolio includes IBA101, an anti-CD47 monoclonal antibody, as well as oncology-focused cellular therapy programs including IBC101, a CD19xCD22 bivalent CAR-T candidate for B-cell malignancies.

LIMN has traded between $3.29 and $141.50 over the last year. The stock closed Tuesday's trade at $3.91, down 8.43%.

In the pre-market, LIMN is up 1.02% at $3.95.
