Liminatus Pharma Announces 1-for-50 Reverse Stock Split; Stock Down

(RTTNews) - Liminatus Pharma, Inc. (LIMN) announced that its board of directors has approved a reverse stock split of its common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, at a ratio of 1-for-50.

The reverse stock split will take effect at the close of trading on August 20, 2026, the company's shares are expected to begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on the Nasdaq under the existing trading symbol "LIMN" at the market open on August 21, 2026.

The new CUSIP number for the common stock following the reverse stock split will be 53271X 207.

Liminatus develops immune-modulating cancer therapies, and its lead investigational candidate, IBA101, is a humanised anti-CD47 monoclonal antibody with initial focus on lung cancer.

LIMN has traded between $0.09 and $4.06 over the last year. The stock closed Tuesday's trade at $0.13, down 8.06%.

In the overnight market, LIMN is down 12.77% at $0.11.
