InterCure Regains Nasdaq Compliance With Minimum Bid Price Requirement

(RTTNews) - InterCure Ltd. (INCR) announced that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for Nasdaq listing.

On February 25, 2026, the company received notification from Nasdaq that the closing bid price of its ordinary shares had been below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days, indicating non-compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement and the company was granted a 180-calendar-day compliance period, or until August 24, 2026, to regain compliance.

On September 1, 2026, the company received a delisting Notice from Nasdaq after failing to regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement within the applicable compliance period.

Subsequently, the company's shares maintained a closing bid price of at least $1.00 for 10 consecutive business days from August 24 through September 4, 2026.

On September 8, 2026, Nasdaq confirmed that the company had regained compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement and that the delisting matter had been resolved.

INCR has traded between $3.40 and $8.45 over the last year. The stock closed Tuesday's trade at $5.39, down 0.55%.
