Arcutis Therapeutics President & CEO Frank Watanabe shares his best advice for founders and speaks to how the company is furthering its mission to address the pressing needs of people who have serious skin conditions.

First and foremost, I think, never lose faith. Continue to believe in your mission, and as long as you stay committed to your vision and stay true to yourself, you'll be successful. 

We brought together an amazing team of dermatologists, clinical scientists and experts across a number of different disciplines to address the pressing unmet needs of people who have serious skin conditions like plaque psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, and atopic dermatitis. 

Nasdaq is the resources that we need in order to innovate. It's our ability to pair up with investors who are interested in and believe in what we're doing as a company, and that's really the lifeblood of the work that we do. 

As a publicly listed company, we've been able to experience incredible growth. And we're incredibly proud of the progress that we've made so far, including three FDA approvals just in the last two years. 

And we continue to look for other diseases where we can really transform the standard of care.
