Overview
Technical Platform for Equity Derivatives Trading
Our Nordic equity derivatives trading markets have migrated to the Nasdaq Derivatives Trading System (NDTS) system platform. This Nasdaq next-generation platform is a solution based on global financial standards, for stable, flexible and high-speed services. With its powerful core technology and standardized access to Nordic liquidity, the new framework is the common technical platform utilized across all Nasdaq's U.S. and European markets and asset classes.
The equity derivatives market segments that are on the platform with their respective segment MIC are listed below:
- SEED: Swedish equity derivatives, single stock and index
- NOED: Norwegian equity derivatives, single stock and index
- DKED: Danish equity derivatives, single stock and index
- FIED: Finnish equity derivatives, single stock
- PNED: Pan-Nordic equity derivatives, VINX30 index

Test Environments
Information regarding test system availability and port requests.
Equity Derivatives Test (EqD Test) is the test environment for equity derivatives trading and available for testing as follows:
- Support hours: 9am-5:30pm CET Monday-Friday
- Trading hours: Production hours, please see Market Model and Functionality - Nasdaq Derivatives Markets document for details
- Weekly Maintenance day: Thursday
External Test 1 (EXT1) clearing test system is connected to EqD Test for end to end testing of trading/clearing.
- Opening hours: Production hours Monday-Friday
- Weekly Maintenance day: Thursday 6am-12pmCET
GCF TST4 has EqD Test as source:
- System hours: refer to the Genium Consolidated Feed (GCF) page
Background load - Weekdays (currently suspended)
Port requests and user accounts:
- Request for test ports (FIX, OUCH, FIX Drop, ITCH re-request and GLIMPSE) can be submitted in the Member Portal. The forms can be found under "Ports" on the start page.
- For reference and market data access, please see "Reference and Market Data" section below.
- User accounts for Nasdaq Nordic Trader (trading front-end) can be requested in the Member Portal.
- Trader IDs: There is one generic Trader ID for each MPID: AAA111. The trader IDs are otherwise the same as in EXT1, EXT3 and EXT4.
Production Environment
Port requests and user accounts:
- Request for Production ports (FIX, OUCH, FIX Drop, ITCH re-request and GLIMPSE) can be submitted in the Member Portal. The forms can be found under "Ports" on the start page.
- Request for Production market data access (ITCH, AMD) can be done using this form.
Connectivity details to OUCH, FIX, FIX Drop, ITCH re-request (TCP) and GLIMPSE ports can be found in the Member Portal under the "Technical Access" view.

Nasdaq Nordic Trader
Nasdaq Nordic Trader (NNT) is the Nasdaq trading front-end for trading equity derivatives.

Conformance Testing
All trading applications connecting to NDTS must have passed conformance test prior to be used in Production.
Conformance tests can be requested through Member Portal, under "Applications", "Conformance Tests". Refer to the guide on how to register and request conformance tests.
Conformance testing scripts for FIX Order Entry, FIX Trade reporting and OUCH Order Entry are available in the Member Portal under "Nasdaq Resources" > "Equity Derivatives Trading".
