The Listing Process
Become an Approved Issuer
Become an issuer on one of Nasdaq’s Nordic regulated markets or MTFs. Nasdaq’s dedicated and well experienced staff will guide you through the process in a fast and efficient way. You can either choose to become an issuer on one, a few, or all the Nordic markets. Once an approved issuer, the listing process can be fully automated through the web API. Apply to become an issuer and to list instruments through Nasdaq’s online application, the Nasdaq Listing Center. No physical documents or agreements are required. The application and market disclosures can either be submitted manually, by uploading the required documentation to the Listing Center, or submitted to the Listing Center through the web API.

Listings of Structured Products can be done with one days’ notice. Once an approved issuer, the review of the instrument application process is fast. It might also be possible to apply for a listing of products with other listing documents than an EU approved prospectus on the MTF First North Sweden.
