Kirk joined the Vista Equity Partners in 2020. Mr. Hourdajian oversees Vista’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) program, working with portfolio companies and deal teams to drive value creation initiatives that improve the environment, society and business.

Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Hourdajian was Senior Advisor at TPG, where he led sustainability initiatives that drove measurable business results and impact investment opportunities. Prior to TPG, Mr. Hourdajian was Director of Sustainable Business Solutions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked with leading corporations to help reduce costs and drive revenue through sustainability programs. Previously, Mr. Hourdajian worked for the Environmental Defense Fund where he built The Carlyle Group's first sustainability efforts.

Mr. Hourdajian also sits on the board of the MIT Sloan School of Management Impact Investing Initiative.
