Starboard Value Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: SVAC) will ring the Nasdaq Opening Bell remotely from across the country. 

SVAC is a new blank check company incorporated for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses (the “Initial Business Combination”). The Company’s sponsor is an affiliate of Starboard Value LP.

In honor of the occasion, Jeff Smith, Chair of SVAC and CEO of Starboard Value, joined by the Company’s leadership team and Directors, will attend the virtual bell ringing ceremony.
