Suzan Morno‑Wade is a public company director with a governance portfolio spanning industrial, manufacturing, technology, consumer, and health technology sectors. She serves as an Independent Director and Compensation Committee Chair for Latham Group (NASDAQ: SWIM) and Veritiv Holdings, where she guides oversight of strategy, financial performance, enterprise risk, CEO and leadership succession, M&A, and organizational health.
Suzan advises early‑stage companies on growth, product, talent, and stakeholder alignment as they leverage AI to drive disruption. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the University of North Carolina Director Development Initiative supporting the development of future directors.
Previously, Suzan was the Chief Human Resources Officer of Xerox.
