Ilaria Sangalli is the Head of Index Insights, EMEA at Nasdaq, where she is responsible for index research and insights initiatives across Europe.

Prior to joining Nasdaq, Ilaria worked in the Index Product Management team at STOXX, the index provider part of Deutsche Börse Group. She supported the execution of STOXX indexing strategies with a focus on fixed income, factor investing and sustainability. Prior to that, Ilaria worked at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).

Ilaria holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Finance from Bocconi University. Originally from Italy, she now resides in London.
