Yext To Acquire Flamel.ai For Undisclosed Sum
(RTTNews) - Wednesday, Yext, Inc. (YEXT), an enterprise marketing platform. announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Flamel.ai.
The acquisition will add paid media to Yext's platform alongside search, listings, reviews, webpages, and social, allowing brands to use Scout's insights to attract more customers.
The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter, ending January 31, 2027, and will be funded with cash on hand.
In the after hours on the NYSE, the shares were trading 0.08 percent down at $6.47, after closing Wednesday's trading 0.15 percent lower.
