Looking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the State Street Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF, where 13,150,000 units were destroyed, or a 7.1% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of XLRE, in morning trading today Welltower is off about 1.3%, and Prologis is lower by about 1.1%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the Goldman Sachs Access U.S. Preferred Stock and Hybrid ETF, which lost 1,500,000 of its units, representing a 39.5% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior.
