This rare-earth stock has room to run in one firm's opinion

Rating it a buy, Aletheia initiated coverage on Evolution Metals & Technologies stock on Sept. 15 with a $4.50 price target. Based on shares closing at $3.33 on Sept. 14, the firm's price target implies 35% upside.

Early last week, Evolution Metals & Technologies announced revenue guidance for fiscal years 2026 and 2027. Forecasting 2026 sales of $5 million to $8 million, management expects the top-line to soar the following year to $400 million to $460 million.

According to the company, the explosive year-over-year revenue growth reflects the expectation that operations at its facility in Pohang, Korea, will expand, increasing annual rare-earth magnet production capacity from 1,000 metric tons to approximately 10,000 metric tons.
