Wednesday Sector Laggards: Shipping, Textiles

In trading on Wednesday, shipping shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 1.7%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Euroseas, down about 5.8% and shares of Ardmore Shipping off about 4.3% on the day.

Also lagging the market Wednesday are textiles shares, down on the day by about 0.9% as a group, led down by On Holding, trading lower by about 10.2% and Playboy, trading lower by about 3.2%.
