Voyager Technologies Secures $22.4 Mln OTA From Dept. Of War

(RTTNews) - On Monday, Voyager Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: VOYG), an aerospace defense technology company, received a $22.4 million Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) from the Department of War's Strategic Capabilities Office for an R&D project to develop and prototype next-generation satellite deployment systems. The goal is to transition the new technology and capabilities to the U.S. Space Force.

Under the OTA, Voyager will develop flight-ready small satellite dispensers designed to use unused launch capacity to deploy additional payloads. The program supports the Strategic Capabilities Office's goal of quickly delivering new capabilities to U.S. military commanders. Voyager brings decades of experience in small satellite missions for civil, commercial, and national security customers, covering payload integration, launch coordination, safety, and on-orbit operations.

On the NYSE, the shares were trading 1.29 percent down at $30.53.
