The iShares Global Consumer Staples ETF is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 305,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 77,000. Shares of KXI were off about 0.5% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Tuesday were Ambev, trading down about 2.2% with over 7.9 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Kenvue, down about 0.3% on volume of over 7.3 million shares. General Mills is the component faring the best Tuesday, up by about 0.9% on the day.
