In trading on Tuesday, application software shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 2.6%. Helping drag down the group were shares of GitLab, off about 19.4% and shares of MicroStrategy off about 11.3% on the day.

Also lagging the market Tuesday are information technology services shares, down on the day by about 2.6% as a group, led down by SEMrush Holdings, trading lower by about 19.9% and Rackspace Technology, trading lower by about 9.2%.
