Till Capital Corporation is experiencing delays in submitting its audited annual financial statements for 2023 and interim statements for Q1 2024, due to the time-consuming audit of its former subsidiary Omega Insurance Holdings Inc. The company received a management cease trade order, limiting trades by its CEO and CFO, but this does not impede trading by others. Till anticipates completing its filings soon and will issue bi-weekly updates until the process is finalized.
