The iShares Global Financials ETF is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Thursday, with over 347,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 51,000. Shares of IXG were up about 0.3% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Thursday were NU Holdings, trading up about 2.2% with over 33.1 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Banco Bradesco, down about 0.6% on volume of over 17.5 million shares. Robinhood Markets is the component faring the best Thursday, up by about 3.9% on the day, while Willis Towers Watson Public is lagging other components of the iShares Global Financials ETF, trading lower by about 2.3%.
